Take the wing and the corresponding aileron. Insert the pin into the aileron and place it into the wing as shown in the picture.
Take the winglet, insert the other pin there, and glue the winglet directly to the wing.
Let it dry and repeat the process for the second wing. (No Image)
Once the wings with the winglets are dry, glue them to the body and wait again until dry.
Glue the second wing to the fuselage and wait again until it is dry.
Take the cover and the parts printed in PETG/PLA and glue the two pins in. The snaplock is simply inserted with the pin facing upwards.
Here you can see exactly where the pins are inserted.
This is what it looks like when finished. The snaplock pin protrudes, and the other pins are out by about 2-3 mm.
You can now test fit this on the fuselage.
Glue the motor mount to the fuselage as shown in the picture. Make sure the cable holes align exactly. Measure from the fuselage to ensure both are glued completely symmetrically. There should be 38mm between the fuselage and the motor mount.
Screw the motor to the motor cover and screw the 4 side screws onto the motor mount.
Route the cables through the cable duct. This is what it should look like now. It is recommended to use longer cables; they can still be shortened later.
The electronics should be soldered beforehand and installed in the mount as shown in the picture. It is more difficult to solder everything later.
The battery mount and VTX mount are screwed together outside and then best inserted from the front and screwed in, as shown in the picture.
The camera is attached and connected to the VTX/FC.
Final Assembly
This is what the airplane looks like now.
